Our first step is connecting with you — by phone, text, or our online estimate form. We’ll talk about your goals, priorities, and vision for your bathroom, whether it’s a practical update or a total transformation.

We visit your bathroom to get a clear sense of the existing layout, take measurements, and better understand your ideas. Samples are provided to help you feel confident about materials and finishes from the very beginning.

Depending on the scope of your remodel, this step can be as simple as approving product images or as detailed as reviewing a full 3D rendering. For more complex projects, we’ll meet as many times as needed to fine-tune the design until it matches your vision perfectly.

Once the design is settled, we prepare a detailed estimate that reflects your chosen finishes. If certain items are undecided, we can include placeholders and adjust later as selections are finalized. A 50% deposit secures your remodel so we can order materials and schedule our team.

Before construction begins, you’ll be introduced to your Project Manager. They’ll provide updates, coordinate scheduling, and handle any issues that arise. Communication with both your Project Manager and sales team ensures the remodel stays on track, efficient, and high-quality from start to finish.

A few days before the project wraps up, we’ll walk through the space with you to confirm what remains and address any concerns. At completion, we’ll review everything together to ensure no detail has been missed. Our commitment is that you feel completely confident and satisfied with your new bathroom.
