Joel Hughes grew up working on houses and increasing properties’ value through renovations and regular property maintenance. After earning a business degree from Lancaster Bible College, Joel served as the COO for a non-profit in the Lancaster area. Feeling a call to get back into Home Improvement, he joined a team of real estate professionals who restore value to distressed properties. After years working as a project manager and working with sub-contractors, Joel has assembled a team who embody those values of efficiency and quality that Redemption Restorations has been built upon. 

Joel and his wife Janelle have been married for 5 years and enjoy spending time outside together. When not working you can find Joel working on his own house, coaching soccer, or serving the church.
